My humble addition to the breaks and samples mixtape genre. An easy listen with blends, vocal samples, edits, and a mix of classics and lesser known records.
Started around 2007, I made the first 25 minutes and got stuck for a few years. It sat on my computer and I picked away at it, maybe adding a new song every few months. In 2016, when I finally was finishing up Right Handed Straw (which I picked away at in a similar fashion), I got juiced by finishing that project and went on to tackle this. I do everything on a Mac from 2001 running OS 9 and this mix, with thousands of files and little edits, became the death of my trusty friend. The mix was finished and I couldn't export a final version of it. Days and days of trying to bounce down a final file ended up killing the hard drive and my spirit. I gave up for months, but then finally rebuilt the computer and saved the files. That was September of 2017 and I lazily sat on it for about a year. It's coming out January 2019, but the majority of it dates back to 2007-2012. TL/DR
I'm happy to get this out there and hope people enjoy it. Shout out to all of the sample/breaks mixes that inspired me over the years (some favorites include Soulman, Off the Record with Mr Jeigh and Aspirin, Cut Chemist, Kon and Amir, Three Sinister Syllables, etc.).

I think this might be the hardest album Buck 65 has ever made. Not an ounce of fat on it. Every single thing about it is dope. But then every single thing about King of Drums and Super Dope is dope too. Still this might be my favourite of the bunch. I'm just happy Buck is back and making all this dope ass hip hop for us. Arrrgghh it makes me so happy. beatjesus

Me: What is better than Mr. Lif and Edan rhyming on a Cut Chemist track?
ME: (Turns volume up as YOU begins talking, completely drowning YOU out.) plate a shrimp
